Welcome to Writtalin, and thank you for taking the time to check us out. If you’re here for the first time, you might be wondering who we are and what we are about. Well, allow me to answer those questions for you.
I’m Ascher, the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Writtalin. Yeah, that sounds fancy, but I’m not some big-time corporate hotshot. I’m just a twenty-three year old college graduate with a vision: to be a source of intellectual, entertaining, and thought-provoking diversions for my generation. The A.D.D. generation, if you will.
This site would not be possible without the talented staff I have pulled together, all of whom joined me without the certainty of financial compensation (if you would like to donate, please click here). We are college students, college graduates, and college dropouts. We come from all over the United States, from SoCal all the way to Maine. Some of us have known each other since infancy, others since November. But we all share a common goal: to be a voice for our generation.
This is not a news site, at least not in the traditional sense. We do not expect our content to be considered factual. We are here to state opinions and inspire debate. We are here to give you something to consider in your day-to-day life, to make you think differently. But most of all, we are here to have fun, and we hope you’ll join us for the ride.
Welcome to Writtalin. Enjoy looking around. Oh, and follow us on Twitter for the latest updates.
