The time for the Teen Choice Awards has arrived! Apart from the newest scandal – that winners have been decided days before the voting ends – there were a few new trends brought to light. This year the stars were all about crop tops, braids, pony tails, and bright colors. Although my picks for “Best Dressed” are different from other critics, I believe they are worthy to be noted. Among my favorites were:

The sheer overlay of this dress is ethereal. It is almost “starstuck” in appearance.

Definitely a bright “statement” piece. Those hot 80s colors on a crop top are sure to turn heads.

Sleek and stylish. A classy, professional look with different colored pumps.
Bella Thorne
The sexy 50s housewife look. The deep, plunging neck line adds a little sexy to a classic look.

Alvia Alyn Lind
How could you not look at this little cowgirl and say, “Awe!”
Emily Alyn Lind
Pretty in pink. The bow accentuates the waist and makes it fit for “America’s sweetheart.”
